Relax. Flow. Breath. Join us for an unforgettable outdoor experience right next to beautiful Clear Creek in Golden Colorado. Let the sounds of the creek and the beautiful mountain backdrop enhance your practice and leave you with a sense of serenity.
We will embark on a 55 minute yoga flow followed by a 20 minute sound bath experience.

Please bring a mat, water, and any yoga props you enjoy using.
