Relax. Flow. Breath. Join us for an unforgettable experience right next to beautiful Clear Creek in Golden Colorado. Let the views of the beautiful mountain backdrop enhance your practice and leave you with a sense of serenity. Winter Sessions are held indoors the Golden Vista Room overlooking downtown Golden, CO. 
We will embark on a 55 minute yoga flow followed by a 20 minute sound bath experience.

Please bring a mat, water, and any yoga props you enjoy using.
