COVID-19 UPDATE
The safety and well-being of our team members and our guests has always been, and will continue to be, our top priority. We are operating under the directives and guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), as well as the City, County and State.
Team Members
- Thorough team training of new procedures and expectations of protective protocols
- Symptomatic team members required to stay home
- Team members to follow frequent and stringent hand-washing protocols
Common Areas
- Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting throughout property with use of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency approved products, in accordance with CDC guidelines – including door handles, elevator buttons and additional high touch points throughout property
- Guest use hand sanitizer located throughout property
- Air filters and air conditioning systems cleaned regularly
Guest Rooms
- Increased disinfection used throughout the entirety of the guest rooms as well as on the most frequently touched guests room areas – light switches, door handles, TV remotes, thermostats, phone, lamp switches, alarm clock and more
- Key cards thoroughly disinfected before and after each use
Restaurant
- Offering to-go and curbside delivery
- Disposable plates and silverware – available upon request
- Ability for guest to view menu items on their mobile device or with one-use menu provided by request
