Selections include our Rocky Mountain Miners Salad, our Prime Rib French Dip, Rosa’s Award-Winning Pork Green Chili, a Salmon BLTA, Craft Burgers and much more. You will have the opportunity to choose from starters such as our House-Made Hummus, Smoked Trout Dip, Crispy Brussels Sprouts and P.E.I. Mussels. Entrée selections include a Colorado Filet, Seared Salmon, Shrimp Scampi and a Grilled Rib-eye. There is no better way to complete your memorable experience than with an indulgent serving of our Legacy Cheesecake, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Creme Brulee or Sizzling Apple Crumble.
