• A 21% Service Charge will be added to all standard equipment rentals for set-up and dismantle
• Equipment rental prices are per day.  There is a minimum rental period of one day on all equipment
• If you would like a technician to remain with your meeting, labor charges will apply
• Prices are subject to changes without notice
• Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the start of your meeting to avoid charges
• Charges will be added to the Master Account unless advance arrangements are made
